With a distinguished culinary career spanning over 23 years, Chef Amitesh brings a wealth of experience and a stellar reputation to our esteemed establishment. His culinary journey boasts notable roles at prestigious establishments such as Grand Hyatt (Delhi & Mumbai), JW Marriott Juhu Mumbai, among others.
Previously serving as the Brand Chef for Punjab Grill, he effectively managed up to 10 restaurants across Western and South India.
Chef Amitesh’s expertise extends across various cuisines, making him a valuable addition to JW Marriott Pune. Beyond his impressive culinary skills, his philosophy harmonizes perfectly with that of the hotel.
He emphasizes the deep connection between fine dining, hospitality, and the creation of cherished memories. Revering homemade dishes, traditional recipes, and locally sourced ingredients, he upholds age-old culinary traditions while embracing innovation.
