Simon Gomes joins Radisson Resort & Spa Lonavala as
Director of Food & Beverage

Radisson Resort & Spa Lonavala is pleased to announce the appointment of Simon Gomes as Director of Food and Beverage. As a proficient professional Simon brings with him a wealth of 20 years of experience in the hospitality arena.


Prior to joining the Radisson Group, he had been associated with Hyatt hotels for ten years at three different properties, Grand Hyatt Muscat, Grand Hyatt Mumbai, and Park Hyatt Goa. Following this he started working with Accor for eight years at Sofitel Mumbai BKC and Novotel Kolkata.


His role will also include overseeing the costs and control of food quality, ingredients to achieve customer satisfaction, the profitability of the outlets, business and development, and ensuring the best gastronomy experience for the guests at the property.
