Prior to assuming her new role at Radisson Goa, Felcy held various positions in the front office departments of prestigious establishments, including Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, Alila Diwa Goa, and Grand Hyatt Goa. Through her tenure in these esteemed properties, Felcy has honed her skills and gained invaluable experience in delivering exceptional guest service and managing front office operations efficiently.

In her new role as Front Office Manager, Felcy will oversee the day-to-day operations of the front office department, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences for guests, as well as maintaining high standards of service excellence.
