Oliviero brings to The Lux Collective over two decades of rich experience in the luxury hospitality sector. Renowned for his versatility and expertise in Development Management, Private Equity, Asset Management, and Strategy Advisory, Oliviero has worked across various continents.
His illustrious career is marked by numerous achievements, including spearheading hospitality development projects in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and South America. Notably, he played integral roles in prestigious real estate endeavors such as AMAALA in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Lusail City in Qatar.
Before joining The Lux Collective, Oliviero served as the Director of Development at Red Sea Global, a leading real estate development firm backed by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s sovereign wealth fund. He has also held key positions in the UAE, Qatar, and Europe.
With his profound understanding of the development process, extensive network, and acute awareness of hospitality trends, Oliviero is poised to lead and expedite The Lux Collective’s expansion of its four distinct brands in the EMEA region, aligning with the group’s established success in the Indian Ocean and Asia.
A native of Italy, Oliviero is proficient in five languages and holds a British-German bachelor’s degree in European Business Administration.
