In line with Shangri-La’s steadfast commitment to nurturing and advancing our top talent from within, we are delighted to announce the much-deserved promotion of Anas Joudeh from Residences Services Manager to Director of Residences, effective March 1, 2024.
Anas brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role, having demonstrated his talent, ambition, and hardworking nature throughout his career. Prior to this promotion, Anas served as the Residences Service Manager at the same prestigious establishment, where he consistently delivered exceptional service and exceeded guest expectations.
Anas’s journey in the hospitality industry began in 2005, and since then, he has amassed a diverse range of experiences at renowned luxury hotel brands. His career includes stints at St. Regis Hotels and Resorts, Fairmont Amman, Rosewood Hotels and Resorts in Saudi Arabia, Kempinski Hotels, and Marriott International, where he honed his skills in guest service and operations management.
Described as friendly, outgoing, fun, and optimistic, Anas possesses a people-oriented nature and enjoys engaging with others. His strong personality, combined with a calm demeanor, enables him to effectively manage and lead teams while maintaining a positive work environment. Anas’s organizational skills and high motivation drive him to prioritize guest satisfaction above all else, ensuring that every guest experience is exceptional.
