His journey in the field of HR began in 2008 with Firstsource Solutions Limited and has since seen him make significant contributions to esteemed organizations such as Sterling Holidays & Resorts, Mayfair Spa Resort & Casino, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd., and most recently, Taj Vivanta Meghalaya where he served as the Human Resources Manager in 2022.
