Saria Ghorayeb commenced her journey with Marsa Malaz Kempinski in February 2024 and has been instrumental in shaping the Rooms Division Management since then. With a month into her tenure, she has already made a notable impact on the on-site operations, showcasing her adept skills in hospitality management.
Prior to her current role, Saria served as the Front Office Manager at Marsa Malaz Kempinski, The Pearl – Doha, from July 2022 to February 2024. During this tenure, she demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities and played a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience.
Before joining the Kempinski family, Saria served as the Front Office Manager at Kempinski Summerland Hotel & Resort in Beirut for a period of three years and seven months. Her commitment and dedication were evident throughout her tenure, contributing to the overall success of the hotel.
Saria’s extensive journey in the hospitality industry traces back to Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, where she spent a remarkable 11 years and 5 months. Starting as a Front Desk Receptionist in 2007, she steadily progressed through various roles, including Senior Supervisor and Assistant Front Office Manager, showcasing her versatile skill set and dedication to excellence.
Educationally, Saria holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Val Pere Jacques in Bkennaya, Lebanon, spanning the years 1986 to 2002.
