She holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from the prestigious Hotelschool The Hague in the Netherlands and has further honed her skills with an Executive MBA in Global Hospitality Management from Les Roches in Switzerland.
Faustyna’s illustrious career boasts stints at renowned establishments such as Four Seasons, W Hotels, Mondrian, Spago, Yama, and Nobu Hotels across Qatar, Bahrain, and Hungary. Her unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional service and fostering innovation has consistently set her apart in the industry.
Prior to joining Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain, Faustyna held the esteemed position of Director of Food & Beverage at Nobu Hotel in Warsaw, Poland, further cementing her reputation as a leader in the field.
