Chef Motaz’s journey to culinary began with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management from Jordan Applied University of Tourism and Hospitality Education. His diverse skill set encompasses guest relations, menu development, concept restructuring, budgeting, organization and planning, quality control, recruiting, as well as a strong understanding of financial aspects, project management, and restaurant openings in Jordan, Qatar, and France.
