Chef Dover’s culinary odyssey began in 2018, where he embarked on his cooking journey in Turkey, swiftly discovering his profound passion for the F&B industry. Departing from his initial pursuit of government relations, Chef Dover honed his skills at esteemed establishments such as Palazzo Versace, Park Hyatt Dubai, JA Resorts Hotel, and Andaz Capital Gate by Hyatt.
