Malvika Sahay, a highly accomplished hospitality professional, has a distinguished career across various luxury hotels. Her expertise encompasses team management, food and beverage operations, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. Sahay’s robust and comprehensive skillset, coupled with her keen understanding of hospitality management and industry trends, significantly enhances her role at The Westin Mumbai Garden City.
Prior to joining The Westin Mumbai Garden City, Sahay held pivotal roles at esteemed hotels such as JW Marriott Kolkata and The Ritz-Carlton Bangalore.
She holds a Bachelor of Hotel Management degree from Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Management, Manipal, and has further enriched her theoretical knowledge through rigorous training in the Taj Management Program.
