Embarking on his career as a Cluster Sales Executive with Marriott in Dubai, Savic swiftly ascended the professional ladder, earning a promotion to Sales Manager within two years. His noteworthy achievements include a significant impact on The Ritz-Carlton DIFC during his tenure.
Notably one of Marriott International’s youngest Directors of Sales and Marketing, Stefan made substantial contributions in Romania at JW Bucharest, leading the team to secure the region’s best catering team of the year. His accomplishments positioned him among the top three DOSMs in Marriott in 2019.
