With a wealth of experience spanning two decades in hotel operations across multiple countries, including the Netherlands, Singapore, France, South Africa, Russia, and Qatar, Mr. De Vries brings a diverse and accomplished background to his new role.
Mr. De Vries’s Middle East hospitality expertise includes a successful tenure as General Manager of Andaz, Doha, affiliated with the Hyatt brand. Throughout his career, he has consistently delivered outstanding financial results and elevated guest satisfaction levels. His leadership has been instrumental in driving the growth and success of prestigious global hotel brands such as Grand Hyatt, Park Hyatt, Hyatt Regency, and Andaz.
An alumnus of Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne in Switzerland, Mr. De Vries holds a bachelor’s degree in international hospitality management. His educational background is complemented by participation in various leadership development programs.
