With a distinguished career that includes notable stints at ITC Sonar Kolkata, Hyatt Regency Delhi, Taj Mahal Hotel New Delhi, Swissotel Kolkata, The Lalit New Delhi, and The Leela Ambience Gurugram, Chef Vikram specializes in Western cuisine. His international exposure includes collaborations with esteemed chefs from Turkey, Italy, China, France, Japan, Mexico, and more. Adding to his culinary journey, he has completed master classes under the guidance of the renowned Alain Ducasse, holder of Three Michelin stars.
