The 10 day food festival aims to celebrate and honor the culinary heritage of this pristine region, offering guests a chance to savor a wide array of authentic dishes that represent the essence of Chilika’s culture and biodiversity.
This captivating food festival will be the spotlight to the opulent and diverse tastes drawn from the renowned Chilika Lake. The in-house culinary team will prepare a mesmerizing array of delectable treasures, from seafood delicacies to vegetarian delights like ‘Kankada Jhola’, ‘Chingudi Ghanta(Prawns)’, ‘Pohola Besara Poda’, ‘Chhatu Besara’, ‘Bori Chura’ to name a few. Additionally, there will be a Chilika seafood corner, an exclusive live station offering succulent prawns, crabmeat, flavorful fish, and delectable clams, each dish celebrating the abundance of the lake.
