Dibyendu, with over 13 years of experience in Revenue Management and a penchant for innovation, has been appointed as the Market Director of Revenue Strategy. His expertise encompasses integration, business planning, strategy, and talent management.
In his new role, Dibyendu will be responsible for maximizing revenue and profit from rooms and function space in cluster properties. He will oversee all aspects related to demand, revenue, forecasting, inventory management, and opportunity analysis across various revenue generation streams.
Dibyendu has previously worked with renowned hotel chains such as The Leela Palaces Hotels and Resorts, Hyatt International, and Marriott International. During his tenure so far he has managed over 18 operational/pre-opening hotels ranging from luxury, upper upscale and upper midscale categories.
Apart from his professional endeavors, Dibyendu enjoys engaging in hobbies such as sketching, music, and various sports like football, F1 racing, and tennis. He is also an avid collector of wrist watches and perfumes.
