We are proud to share that the crockery and cutlery used in the cafe are made by the artisans of Bengal. Each dish or drink is made with a lot of thought, ingredients and of course, love. Soda Bottle Opener Wala 

 The food at SodaBottleOpenerWala, is an eclectic mix of Bombay and Parsi food. Our Bombay food is a mix of dishes inspired from iconic clubs and the streets of Bombay. Dishes like Vada Pav, Eggs Kejriwal which’s a classic from the Willingdon Club, the Bhendi Bazaar Sheekh Parantha, Bohri Keema Pav, Chicken Sanju Baba – a famous dish from Noor Mohammadi the recipe for which they claim was given to them by actor Sanjay Dutt and the classic roadside inspired Vegetable Raasta Sandwich. Parsis came to India around a thousand years ago from Persia and their food is a unique set of flavours but is Indian in every sense. Some of our more popular dishes are Salli Boti, Berry Pulao, Veg and Non-Veg Dhansak, Patra ni Macchi which’s fish steamed with green chutney in banana leaf, Salli Chicken, Egg Akuri and Parsi style Vegetable Curry.

Trapeze Bar and Kitchen is an all day dining gastro pub which is spread over 10,000 sq.ft located at the heart of Kolkata’s party place in Kolkata at 1A, Bangur BFL Estate, Russell Street, Near India’s Hobby Centre, Park Street, Kolkata-700016 . The interiors have been designed by Suzanne Khan. Has a mezzanine floor which gives a spectacular sky and stylised view. We have one of the best mixologists in India where you get to experience specially curated cocktails. We have bars on each floor. We serve global cuisines made by the best chefs from India.
