Written by We are pleased to announce the elevation of Mr. Ganeshan Maniyan as the Director of Operations for The JW Marriott Hotel Pune. Ganeshan is a passionate and driven hotelier with over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry. Ganeshan earlier held the position of Director of Food & Beverage at the hotel. He spearheaded Food & Beverage operations, guest experiences and also orchestrated successful Food & Beverage concepts for the various F&B outlets across the hotel.
Speaking about his appointment, Ganeshan will be leading the hotel operations, ensuring high-levels of customer satisfaction, enhancing customer experiences, maximizing hotel revenue, build innovative cost effective strategies and achieve award-winning excellence with his team.
Ganeshan holds a degree from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore in Catering Science and Hotel Management and began his career with Hotel Alankar Grande, Coimbatore.

In his downtime, he enjoys cycling, playing soccer and is also an avid melophile.
