The restaurant which is located on the lobby level is aesthetically designed with theme based art installations depicting the colorful and interactive elements of a new age Indian market place. Guest’s will be treated to most popular cuisines with an extensive buffet line-up.
From 16th May, the Executive Chef, Deva Kumar together with his team have fired up taste buds with authentic Global delicacies along with some signature Indian dishes during the lunch and dinner buffet.
Inspired by food from across the globe, the Big Binge Buffet will showcase a range of South & North Indian dishes which are characterized by native cooking styles and ingredients which are traditional, giving the dishes a burst of flavours on the palate. In addition, all-time favorites from Italy and China’s bustling street food culture which combine ‘hot, sour, salty and sweet’, will deliver robust flavours with earthy herbs and fragrant spices imported directly from across the globe.
Guests will get to savour a wide selection of delicious dishes, featuring 12 Starters, 11 Indian main course, 4 Asian main course, 4 types of Biryanis, Soups, Market green salads, Breads and 9 Desserts both Indian and Western. To bring the buffet and its flavours directly to guests, there will be several live stations featuring the traditional South Indian, assortment of Chats, Continental, Indian breads and Pizza’s A stand out from the live stations however, features the most delectable dessert for all dessert lovers. Guest can choose between or indulge on both the Indian and Western desserts apart from Chocolate based desserts, Gateaux’s, pastries and 6 varieties of ice-cream, bringing them to a decadent yet heavenly end to their dining experience.
