Vision for the future of Marketing & Communications:

“The role of Marketing Communications has evolved manifold int he last decade. From being a brand ambassador and custodian to an evangelist , marketing communications now covers myriad areas like CSR, consumer insights, share of voice, ROI and is a strategic partner in the overall operations. Owing to digitalisation of the marketing function , the role of Marcoms is even more critical as they need to continue to develop and foster the real personal connections with the key opinion leaders, stakeholders and media as well as explore and identify new avenues for growing share of voice and market reach that will enable the business to grow with intent despite adversities.” said Pratiti Rajpal

“The need of the hour is to understand the significance of this role and develop talent that can adapt to change and evolve with the dynamic environment surrounding us. We need decision makers and collaborators instead of PR managers and executives to be successful. Especially from a hospitality POV – career progression and development opportunities need to be defined for Marcoms so they can flourish and develop.”
