Commencing his professional journey as a chef since 2006, Keerthi has been a veteran in the industry for the past 16 years.
He has grown in the industry working with different brands like Hyatt Hotels, The Leela Palace and Trident Hotels.
Since early 2020, Keerthi has been the Sous Chef at the Sheraton Grand and has been handling day to day operations at the C Salt the resort’s premium dining option.
He is responsible for overseeing all the culinary activities and innovations at the resort, and keeping guests happy with his humble and welcoming personality.
