Leadership During the Pandemic : In her leadership role during the pandemic, she provided strategic counsel to the Cluster – Senior executive leadership team and was responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive, integrated Crisis Marketing and Communication roadmap and an ongoing strategy to strengthen the positioning of The Ritz-Carlton, Pune (pre-opening) as an embodiment of global luxury as it embraced a unique phase in its growth trajectory.
