Chef Jaskaran Gujral has been promoted to the role of Executive Chef at Crowne Plaza Today Gurugram. He had joined the property as Executive Sous Chef in Jan 2020. In his former role, Chef Jaskaran Gujral served as the Executive Sous Chef at The Crowne Plaza, Ahmedabad for approximately two years. Before that, he was Sous Chef at LM Goa. He has been associated with The Oberoi, Skytower Istanbul, Planet Hollywood Goa, Le Meridien Goa, and Crowne Plaza Ahmedabad.
He has worked in different capacities in the culinary department from a Jr. Sous Chef to Executive Sous Chef. Chef Gujral is greatly appreciated for his skills to consistently receive exceptional feedback from guests and patrons at the hotel which is one of our key focus areas.
