Prasad Rao has been appointed as Director of Operations at Sayaji Hotel Indore recently. An alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology Goa, Rao has an excellent track record in Food and Beverage operations including conceptualising new restaurants, pre-openings, process improvement, and F&B marketing.
A seasoned hospitality professional with an entrepreneurial vision, Rao has over 16 years of robust experience in business and resort hotel operations leading large projects in all his stints. At Sayaji Hotel Indore, he will be responsible to achieve all the goals and the balance scorecard for the hotel comprising hotel revenue and GOP, overall hotel operations, renovation and launch of new restaurants and upgrading guest service experience.
Prior to his new assignment with Sayaji Hotel Indore, Rao was the Director of Food and Beverage with Radisson Blu – Indore. He has successfully completed his professional stints with international hospitality brands such as Hilton Hotels and Resorts, Marriott International and Accor Hotels.
