Ayna is proud to offer patrons the opportunity to dine on some of the freshest and most delicious native seafood from around the region. The diners will be presented with the specialized menu as part of A-la-Carte
dining. Exotic seafood menu including Filo Wrapped Patrani Macchi with mint foam, Spiced Lobster spring roll with carrot and cardamom puree, Curry leaf Prawn Kunufa with tangy chutney, Suraputtu samosa and other delicious foods are all cooked for your dining pleasure onsite. Dine on them served on the banana leaf paired with your favourite wines or sakurafresh. All while you take in the sights and enjoy the beach-inspired ambience. Outdoor cabanas also host a Culinary Showcase Kitchen on site that is always a happening place at Hilton Chennai and offers guests an exclusive dining experience. Guests can get their plates filled with custom made food at the live kitchen.
