Clinton D’souza joins the St. Regis Downtown Dubai as their new Foof & Beverage Manager, With a wellrounded experience of close to 13 years.
He joins the The Best Address in Downtown Dubai from Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in Dubai. He started his journey in 2009 as a Server in the Asian restaurant at Four Seasons Mumbai. He grew up the ladder at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, where he spend more than a decade in his career journey. Prior to this role he was the Shai Salon & Terrace Manager at Four Seasons Dubai.
Clinton would assist in the F&B operations at the many on-site restaurants offering a selection of dishes for guests. From French fare to Italian cuisine, and the St. Regis library, serving up coffees and light snacks to keep guests fueled at the St. Regis Downtown Dubai.
He has a bachelors degree in Hospotality administration/management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, Goa.
