The former chef de cuisine at Dubai’s Bussola has moved to Certo at Radisson Blu, Dubai Media City in the same position.
Bringing almost five years’ experience from Bussola, Christy Xavier will oversee junior kitchen team members and ensure the standards are adhered to in food preparation at Certo.
Coming to Dubai in 2015, Xavier’s first role was at Raffles Dubai. He progressed to Mayta Peruvian restaurant in DIFC, where he spent just over a year. In May 2017, he joined the Bussola at Westin Mina Seyahi and was an integral part of the teams who looked after Bussola at Dubai Expo 2020 and DP World Tour Championship 2020.
