Tarun Kumar has been appointed as the new Food and Beverage Manager of Swissôtel Al Murooj Dubai. He will play a key role in guiding the hotel’s dining experiences, which include all-day dining, bar, two cafes, a Middle Eastern restaurant, and a two-room service operation.
Tarun is an experienced manager within the hospitality sector for 11 years backed up with solid commercial, operational acumen and pre-opening leading a large team while managing restaurants, bars, lounges, VIP events, beach clubs, and banquets within an iconic luxury setting. He worked for some of the industry’s leading brands such as Hilton, Taj Hotels, and Waldorf Astoria.
