Chennai, 16th December 2021 – Hyatt Regency Chennai is pleased to announce the appointment of Pratyush Tripathi as the Food & Beverage Manager. Pratyush brings with him over 18 years of hospitality experience and 13 years of managerial experience. He will be seen spearheading F&B operations, specialty restaurants, guest experience and other key roles in the hotel. Prior to joining Hyatt Regency Chennai, Pratyush established his career with leading prominent hotels like The Leela Kovalam, Taj Landsend Mumbai, Taj Umaid Bhawan Palace Jodhpur, Taj Bengal, Hyatt Ahmedabad, ITC Hotels and Radisson. Through his hospitality journey, his focus has been on business plan development and manpower recruitment, planning and implementation of unique restaurant and event concepts and increase in department profitability.
