With a rich history spanning over 22 years in the hospitality sector, Nawaf will play a pivotal role in overseeing the comprehensive operations of the renowned hotel. His extensive background and previous leadership roles with major hotel brands underscore his commitment to team development and success.
Starting as a Restaurant Supervisor at Kempinski Dead Sea Jordan, Nawaf has held key positions such as Assistant Outlet Manager at Desert Islands Resort and Spa by Anantara and Operations Manager at Fairmont Dubai Sheikh Zayed Road. His journey brings him to Grand Mercure Dubai City & ibis Styles Dubai Airport, where he assumes the crucial role of Cluster Director of Operations and Acting General Manager.
In this capacity, Nawaf will lead the team, ensuring strict adherence to hotel operating controls, SOPs, policies, procedures, and service standards. His focus will be on delivering Accor Core Standards consistently to exemplify a commitment to service excellence.
