The collaboration with Reliaable Developers, celebrated at the announcement ceremony attended by key figures including Mahendranath Reddy and representatives from Ascott, signifies a strategic milestone in Ascott’s expansion plans across India.
Scheduled to be operational in the first half of 2026, the property strategically situates itself in the bustling tech corridor of South-East Bengaluru, between Electronic City and Sarjapur Road Tech Corridor. Offering hybrid units with hotel rooms and serviced residences, the property is designed to cater to the diverse needs of both business and leisure travelers.
