Brillhart, boasting an extensive background in hospitality management and a genuine passion for the outdoors, arrives at Terramor with a wealth of experience. Notably, he served as the Interim General Manager at AutoCamp, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiencies and elevating guest satisfaction. His distinguished career includes leadership roles at prominent hospitality organizations like Aimbridge Hospitality, AutoCamp, and Omni Hotels and Resorts.
A Kent State University alumnus, Brillhart brings over a decade of industry expertise, particularly focusing on elevating customer service, managing operational costs, and fostering team development.
In his role as General Manager, Brillhart will be the driving force behind Terramor’s mission to seamlessly blend outdoor adventure with resort amenities. His responsibilities encompass overseeing resort operations, achieving financial goals, and ensuring the highest levels of guest and employee satisfaction.
