Ms. Sabhyata Adhikary, with over a decade of invaluable experience in the hotel industry, has joined as the Training Manager, bringing with her a wealth of expertise garnered from esteemed brands such as The Lalit and Marriott, among others.


Ms. Adhikary commenced her journey in the hospitality sector as a Front Office Assistant, where she quickly demonstrated a flair for service excellence and a passion for fostering talent within the industry. Her dedication and commitment to personal and professional growth led her to transition into the realm of Learning and Development, a move that has proven to be immensely fruitful for her and the teams she has worked with.


With her extensive background spanning various prestigious brands, she possesses a deep understanding of the nuances of hotel operations and the importance of continuous learning in driving success.
