Bringing with him an extensive background spanning over twenty years in the hospitality realm across Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar, Ahmed Sleiman boasts a wealth of experience and strategic insight into food and beverage operations. Recognizing the collaborative nature of success within the industry, Ahmed emphasizes the importance of teamwork and cohesion among staff members.
In his new capacity, Ahmed will assume responsibility for overseeing the hotel’s dining establishments, including Al Nafourah Garden, The Cellar Spanish Restaurant, Choices all-day dining, Room Service, Sky Lounge, and banquet facilities. His leadership will be instrumental in driving efforts to improve operational efficiency and enhance the overall dining experience for guests.
