Having been part of the DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square team since 2023, Rawat’s extensive background includes contributions to renowned brands such as Hilton, Marriott, and Hyatt.
In her capacity as Rooms Division Manager, Rawat is tasked with enhancing guest comfort and satisfaction through meticulous attention to guest feedback, training and development initiatives, quality assurance, budget management, performance development, and overall operational excellence within the team.
Hailing from Uttarakhand, Rawat is recognized as a dynamic professional. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Catering Management from Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, Guwahati, in 2012.
