Saurabh brings with him an impressive career spanning over 10 years in the hospitality sector, with notable contributions to renowned establishments including various Hyatt Hotels and Radisson hotels in India. His most recent role was at the Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Nashik, where he significantly enhanced revenue strategies and optimized distribution channels. His keen understanding of market dynamics and pricing strategies has consistently driven the financial success of the establishments he has served.
Beginning his journey in the hospitality industry with Hyatt Hotels as a Guest Services Officer, Saurabh developed a deep appreciation for guest satisfaction and service excellence. He also gained valuable experience in the aviation sector as a Pricing Executive at Jet Airways. This foundational experience has shaped his customer-centric approach, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the industry and its diverse aspects.
