His relentless pursuit of knowledge culminated in the attainment of the esteemed WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) certificate.
Since joining the team in September 2023, Michele has flourished in his role, enriching the wine experience for our esteemed guests. With a keen focus on crafting memorable moments, he engages patrons while meticulously overseeing the tasting room to ensure swift and gracious service for all visitors.
