Recognized as an achievement-driven Senior HR Professional, Jasani has a proven focus on optimal resource utilization. His leadership has been instrumental in directing teams for effective manpower planning, sourcing, and structuring, as well as facilitating successful restructuring initiatives. Jasani’s strategic mindset and proficiency in anticipating HR needs have played a pivotal role in formulating and implementing new policies aligned with long-term business objectives.
Jasani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Hospitality Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) – Mumbai. His extensive work experience includes significant roles at Marriott International, with assignments at Courtyard by Marriott Pune Chakan, Marriott Area Office – South Asia, Sheraton Grand Pune, and Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway. Before joining Marriott in 2013, Jasani held positions at The Lalit Mumbai, HMS Host, The Indian Hotels Company Ltd. (Taj Hotels), and The Resort.
