In a significant move, SRM Group, known for its diverse ventures across the nation, has inked a franchise agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to introduce Ramada by Wyndham Chennai, Potheri. Nestled within the premises of SRM University at Potheri in the southern suburbs of Chennai, the hotel is strategically positioned with the Chennai International Airport just 24 km away and easy access to the Chennai-Theni Highway.
The upcoming midscale hotel, set to open its doors by March 2024, will boast 170 rooms, an All-Day Dining facility, Specialty Restaurant, Bar Lounge, Swimming Pool, and a Gym. Additionally, it will offer versatile meeting and event spaces, including banquets and a business center.
Expressing enthusiasm about this expansion, Dr. Antony Ashok Kumar, Executive Director of SRM Hotels Private Limited, stated, “We are overjoyed to expand our portfolio in Potheri with this exciting high-quality midscale project affiliated with the internationally recognized Ramada by Wyndham brand.”
