Written by Dubai, UAE – Fairmont Hotels and Resorts proudly announces the appointment of Stefanie Trombetta as the Cluster Director of Revenue for Fairmont Dubai, Ajman, and Fujairah properties. In her new role, Trombetta will spearhead revenue optimization initiatives, leveraging her extensive industry expertise to guide department heads towards maximizing revenue opportunities.

Bringing over eighteen years of hospitality sector experience to her new role, Trombetta previously served as the Cluster Director of Revenue Optimization at Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lake Towers, Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate, and Ibis Abu Dhabi Gate under Accor, as well as Radisson Blu Dubai Media City and Park Inn by Radisson Dubai Motor City.
Fairmont emphasizes Trombetta’s comprehensive understanding of revenue optimization strategies and her keen awareness of industry trends, highlighting their significance in driving revenue strategy across all three properties.
As the Multi-Property Director of Revenue, Trombetta will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to maximize revenue across the designated properties. This includes overseeing pricing, forecasting, and demand management to enhance room revenue and occupancy rates.
Furthermore, Trombetta will utilize market analysis and benchmarking techniques to identify emerging trends and opportunities, collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to provide valuable revenue insights aimed at enhancing the overall guest experience.
