In his role, Chef Nishantha will oversee culinary operations at all six restaurants, offering gourmet à la carte experiences, vibrant buffets, and intimate private dining arrangements. Additionally, he will manage the resort’s organic farm, curate the wine cellar, and introduce innovative culinary concepts throughout various guest touchpoints.
With a career spanning prestigious resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives, including Hilton Colombo, Huvafen Fushi Maldives, Jumeirah Vittaveli Maldives, One & Only Reethi Rah Maldives, and Ritz Carlton Maldives, Chef Nishantha’s profound knowledge aligns seamlessly with Vakkaru Maldives’ commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
