Embarking on his hospitality journey with a focus on service and relationship-building, Stephen has made a lasting impact on prestigious establishments. His extensive 13-year experience with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts includes contributions to luxury resorts like Park Hyatt in Goa and business hotels such as Hyatt Regency Gurgaon and Hyatt Pune. Notably, he played a key role in the pre-opening leadership team at Club Mahindra Resort in Assonora, North Goa.
Career highlights for Stephen include a notable 5-year tenure at the Al Raha Beach Hotel in Abu Dhabi, where he hosted ambassadors from various nations. Before joining the Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel, Stephen served as the Director of Food and Beverage at the Hyatt Centric Janakpuri, New Delhi.
Stephen’s expertise spans planning, developing, and deploying successful F&B outlets. Hailing from the picturesque city of Belgaum in Karnataka, he brings an innovative streak and a passion for handling bustling hotel operations. Outside of his professional commitments, Stephen enjoys exploring different restaurants with his family.
