Vincenzo Gazzilli elevated to F&B Manager at The Ritz Carlton, DIFC


The Ritz Carlton. DIFC is delighted to announce the promotion of Vincenzo Gazzilli to Food & Beverage Manager, effective April 1. 2022.


Vincenzo has been an integral member of the F&B leadership team since February 2018 when he joined the hotel as Restaurants General Manager. Since his appointment and under his able leadership. Flair 5 remains one of DIFC’s most successful outlets and a significant contributor to the hotel’s bottom line profitability.


In January of this year. he was requested to expand his operational remit to step in to fill a gap in senior leadership in the Food and Beverage division. while a search for a successor was undertaken. In the interim, he has tackled the challenges with persistence and sense of purpose.

He played in active role in the planning and launching of our Sunday Roast Family Brunch and has ensured that the F&B division continues to deliver exceptional results throughout one of busiest quarters in the history of the hotel.
