Anne started her professional journey with the airline industry in Colombo, upon which she moved to the UAE to pursue her career in hospitality. Anne has over 15 years of experience as a commercial leader, working with some of the leading hospitality brands in the world, from IHG to Jumeirah Group, Burj Al Arab, Marriott, Meydan Hotels and lately with Accor. Anne holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Liverpool and has completed the Masters’ Program in Hospitality Management from Cornell University USA.
A passionate believer in emotional wellness, Anne has pursued a certification in Hypnotherapy and Rapid Transformation Therapy. She is the founder of the Mynd at Ease program, which focuses on all aspects of emotional wellbeing, using her knowledge and experience as a driving force towards creating winning teams that can achieve anything they set their mind to.
