Abhishek Anand has joined Raffles Udaipur as Director of Talent & Culture. He joins Raffles Udaipur with 17 years of experience in hospitality and HR, having worked across India, Maldives and Seychelles. He has a proven track record in Talent Management and Development, Strategic HRM, Performance Management, Training, Compensation & Benefits, Welfare / Industrial Relations and General Administration.
Anand started his career with The Oberoi Udaivilas, and post that, he has been instrumental in the preopening of Luxury Hotels and Resorts; which includes Raffles in Seychelles. Before joining Raffles Udaipur, Anand was the Cluster Director – HR at The Leela Palace New Delhi and The Leela Ambience East Delhi.
He has a 3-year Degree in Hotel Management, Diploma in Industrial Relations and MBA (specialization in Human Resources). Genuinely understanding the essence of work-life balance, Anand prefers to spend his leisure time with his wife, Nandini and daughter, Aadhya.
Anand prefers travelling, venturing into remote locations, reading management books and playing cricket. He truly believes in curating the same experience for all Heartist as we do for our guests and binding internal customers with ‘Emotional Luxury’ and Care.
