His professional journey has taken him across leading international brands, including Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, and the Grand Hyatt Kochi, where he consistently demonstrated his ability to deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences. Notably, during his tenure with Four Seasons, he played a pioneering role in launching luxury cruising operations in Palau, a project that highlighted his innovative approach to hospitality and his ability to execute large-scale, high-impact ventures.

Sandeep has also had the privilege of working alongside Michelin-starred chefs, an experience that refined his culinary sensibilities and deepened his understanding of the global fine dining landscape.
