Achieve.’, a comprehensive 15-month Management Trainee Program designed to nurture and develop future leaders of the hospitality industry.

A Four-Stage Leadership Journey
Lakshya takes participants through a carefully structured four-stage journey:

Anubhav (Experience) – Immersion in hotel operations, where trainees gain hands-on exposure across departments.

Shikhar (Live It) – A capstone phase where trainees lead live projects, working alongside senior leadership teams.
Rotations across different properties and brands within the Chalet portfolio ensure participants experience a broad spectrum of hospitality operations and guest service models.
