Stacia Harvey-Randall, Co-founder, Black Women of Hospitality Organization – Women Leadership in Hospitality Series – Episode 5

Stacia Harvey-Randall is the co-founder of the Black Women of Hospitality Organization, and a Director of Human Resources for the Whitley Hotel in Buckhead, Atlanta.

She has worked in the hotel industry for 22 years working for various brands.  Stacia is originally from Berwick, Louisiana but resided in New Orleans, Louisiana for over 20 years. Stacia graduated from Southern University at New Orleans with a B.A. in General Studies, and a Minor in Print Journalism.

Stacia also obtained a Master’s Degree from University of Phoenix in Adult Training and Development.  She is a mother of a 8 year old daughter named Alacia and is a devoted wife to her husband Austin.

She has juggled being a corporate career woman, a servant to God, a social impact influencer to her community and now is taking a journey to entrepreneurship to build her own brand.  Stacia loves to spend time with her family, travel to her favorite place Miami where she can let her hair down, and loves to dine at fine restaurants.

Stacia experienced many barriers in her career and now she is knocking down doors and paving the way for women just like her.  She has been featured on 7 podcasts, and featured in 8 articles!!

Stacia loves to connect with women and help them find their purpose. Hospitality is not a career it is a calling and if she sees your passion she will tap in and help you exercise your full potential.
