The Ritz-Carlton, Pune has announced the promotion of Sangram Raje to Director of Sales, recognizing his outstanding contributions to the hotel’s growth and reputation as a premier luxury destination.
With over 15 years of experience in hospitality, Raje has been an integral part of the property’s sales team, consistently driving revenue and strengthening client relationships. In his new role, he will lead all facets of sales, marketing, and brand management, working closely with the senior leadership team to develop and execute strategies that accelerate growth.
Raje joined The Ritz-Carlton, Pune in February 2024 as Associate Director of Sales and quickly made his mark by spearheading corporate sales initiatives, cross-selling Marriott properties across India, and cultivating long-term partnerships with top corporate clients. His efforts have significantly enhanced both revenue performance and guest satisfaction.
Prior to this, he held key sales positions at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park, Marriott Suites Pune, JW Marriott Pune, and SpiceJet Airlines.
A former national-level footballer who represented Maharashtra at the 47th National School Games, Raje brings the same discipline, energy, and team spirit to his professional life. Known for his extroverted nature and “ever-ready” philosophy, he is celebrated not only as a dynamic sales leader but also as a vibrant cultural ambassador for The Ritz-Carlton, Pune.
