We are excited to announce the arrival of Olivia Truquet at Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche, marking her as one of the first French female pastry chefs in Abu Dhabi.
A former lawyer who transitioned to the world of pastry, Olivia comes to us directly from Paris, France, where she served as a Junior Pastry Chef at LUTETIA Palace.
After years of practicing law, Olivia pursued her passion for the art of pastry-making, embarking on a journey to become a pastry chef. She initiated her culinary career by obtaining her certificate of professional competence in Pastry from Ferrandi School Paris, one of France’s premier professional training institutions.
We are thrilled to welcome Chef Olivia to our culinary family. In her new role, she will elevate the culinary excellence of our patisserie offerings at Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche, infusing each creation with a touch of French elegance and innovation.
